Logistics & Deployment

We move with purpose. All orders are processed and will arrive to you within 5 - 7 business days. Once your garment leaves our hands, tracking coordinates will be sent to your email.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Ensure your delivery address is precise. Once a package is deployed, the coordinates cannot be changed. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided locations.
  • Fulfillment: All orders are managed through our central shipping hub. We do not offer local pickup for new orders at this time.

The Return Policy

We stand by the engineering of our garments. If a piece arrives with a design defect or is compromised in transit, we make it right. To start a return, contact us at shop@monarchsandmisfits.com.

  • Defect Verification: To initiate a claim for a compromised item, you must submit high-resolution photos of the defect. We will review the engineering flaw before authorizing a replacement or credit.
  • Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The Window: Returns must be initiated and postmarked (or dropped off) within 14 days of delivery.
  • The Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For shipped returns, costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Local Returns: If you are located in New Orleans, you may drop off your return at our designated location to waive return shipping fees. Contact us for drop-off instructions and coordination.
  • The Exchange: Because our inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Archive Sales: Items marked "Archive" or "Final Sale" are ineligible for return or store credit.

Seasonal Drops & Store Credit

To maintain the exclusivity of our limited runs, all returns on seasonal drop items are eligible for Store Credit only.

Fit Advisory

Our collection spans a range of intentional silhouettes. From the Boxy Fit Heavyweight (#1717) to the Tailored Slim Fitted Tee (#6004), the drape varies by design.

  • Technical Note (#6004): The Women’s Fitted Tee is a precision-tailored silhouette and runs small. We strongly recommend sizing up for a standard feel.
  • Technical Note (#6482): The Crop Tee is engineered with an intentional Oversized body and relaxed drape.
